Luckily, Lucy was downstairs getting post slayage food. But even if she hadn't been, she was a heavy sleeper. Jill was kind of worried about what Lucy would say to Hellboy even though she knew they would eventually meet.

She was wearing a pair of white pajama pants with tiny bats on them and a black cami with a white, glittery star on it when she went to the window. She smiled when she saw him. The visit was unexpected but a good surprise too. She pointed to the right and mouthed. 'next window' to him before jogging barefoot out to the hallway and into the next room.

Once there, she shut the door and unlocked and opened the large window, waiting for Hellboy to come over.
